the pappadum dance

eorThe fried garlic chutney is cooling. The oil is heating to cook the pappadums. And I'm doing the pappadum dance, which involves using the stainless steel tongs, which make grabbing a hot pappad soooo much easier, like castanets.
Few people know it, but the line originally went:
