great idea

eorBased on Orin Hatch's recent comments I came up with a great idea. Since it's illegal to speed, lets rig mister Hatch's car so that as soon as it goes over the speed limit the engine blows up. Then I'll go borrow his car and do 66mph on the interstate.
I suppose if the honorable Mr. Hatch gets his way the new laptops that the state of Maine bought for all the schoolkids will have a life expectancy of a snowball on the pavement in east Texas (or a brain cell in congress). Don't bother to suggest the underpriviledged can go to the library to apply for jobs online, the library computers will all be dead.
Mr. Hatch, you're a moron. The fact that you reached a position of responsibility in our nation's congress only shows how badly corrupt our political system has become and how pathetic the Democratic Party has become. As chairman of the Judiciary Committee maybe you should be paying attention to how the adminstration is handling civil rights, due process, and some of the other nice things in the constitution. You remember the constitution don't you. Isn't there something about due process and presumption of innocence in there?
It's a real bright move on the part of our Supreme Shrub in Chief to put the CIA in charge of searching for Iraqi weapons. Even if there were any, if the CIA finds them everyone will assume they planted the evidence to cover your assssumptions. It's not like the US Army was exactly and impartial observer, but the CIA?! Jesus, George, why don't you share some of that shit you're smoking and maybe the rest of us will start feeling better about jobs and the economy. Might have been smarter to have the UN inspectors take a stab at it. Of course, that really wouldn't work if you have to plant the evidence.
