just a thought

If you're holding 600 people in a prison and release 300 of them in one day, doesn't that make it look like you were indiscriminately holding them or you are indiscriminantly releasing them. I mean you want to sell me on the idea that 300 people where cleared in one day when they probably hadn't been cleared in weeks/months.

What a cluster of lack of vision, lack of leadership, lack of insight, lack of intelligence, lack of humanity. Blah
