We've had beautiful weather this weekend. This is the other side of the coin to winter and mud season.

Next weekend we're headed out to Ohio to visit cyberquail and her covey! I found all the pieces of my Ren Faire Outfit except for my hat. I swear I made a hat two years ago, now I can't bloody find it. If I go to such an event I inevitably end up wearing either a hat or a sunburn. Maybe I'll make another.

It has now become obvious that I'm not going to come close to finishing my maille shirt before we leave. I really didn't expect to get it finished in time, but it was worth a shot. Now I can try to finish it before we go to King Richard's. Well, anything is possible.

I feel like a Discworld troll. It's warm now and I'm not able to think. Why is my brain so sluggish these days. I don't write. I don't think. If I didn't read I'd have to question my own existence. I am reading. Right now "The Truth." Yes, I've decided to just work my way through all the Pratchett books we have on the shelves that I haven't read before.
