I'm once again managing to be productive during the week. We're going to the gym again, which means I have to get dishes done, supper done and eaten by shortly after 7pm to avoid exercising on a full stomach. The exercise feels good and getting things done on the tighter schedule feels good too.
On the treadmill I can now keep up 3mph at a 15 degree incline for my usual 50 minute workout without stressing my knees. When I started using the treadmill getting anywhere near 3mph would make my knees hurt for a day. Tonight it was 20 minutes on the stairmaster. My knees don't like that as much.
During my breaks at work I've been doing little bits of work on the van. It's not easy to get much done, but it's better than sitting around listening to the guys at work talk about the weather.
I've stalled on my reading, I'm not sure if it's that "The Life of Pi" is not drawing me in or I'm just entering a slow phase.
