reading catching up
Jul. 5th, 2010 07:05 am17. Helen Van Pelt Wilson "Successful Gardening in the Shade", very much flower and bloom oriented, but extremely informed and well laid out.
18. Jasper Fforde "First Among Sequels", I didn't like this one as much as the previous Thursday next books, I think the series has probably passed it's pinnacle. Still fun, but not up there with the others.
19. Asimov's Science Fiction August 2010, this was a mixed bag. I was really bothered, in a not good way, by "The Lovely Ugly". On the other side of the balance were "The Witch, The Tinman, The Flies", "Slow Boat", "Crimes, Follies, Misfortunes, and Love".
