when will I learn?

eorSo I was having trouble getting motivated to make supper. The conversation in my brain went like this:
"I'm kinda hungry."
"I don't want to bother."
"Now I'm kind of more hungry."
"I'm so low energy, I don't want to move."
"I'll have a drink then make some supper."
So, the last time I ate was noon. The drink is finished. I am finished. Supper is not yet finished. Some day I will starve to death just because I lacked the motivation to cook when I still had some bloodsugar in my system.
