Apr. 19th, 2020 06:56 pmToday was a beautiful day with plenty of sun and the high temp might have been around 60F.
The task continued the Sisyphean theme. I started out cleaning sand off the lawn, 3 more bags of sand collected. I let off that because my arms were complaining about doing the same thing for too long, I decided to flog them for complaining. Task number two, which was the bulk of the day, was pulling rose in the forest above the house. I made good progress today, but I'm nowhere near finishing it. The area I started out in was very dense with rose then I worked my way to finish up in an area that wasn't as thickly infested. It's hard to judge how much more time it's going to take, but I think I'm about half done with the forest above the house. Unfortunately, the ground is starting to become less soupy, so the perfect time to do that task is passing.
Tonight I just have to get the laundry put away and get to bed at a decent hour so I can get up for work tomorrow.
