I had a productive day. Confirmed that the new heater in the van works. Rearrange the outlet vent on said heater so it doesn't cook the carpet. Fixed the horn on the van, which turned out to be a simple corroded ground after much testing and searching.

This evening I made a beef curry with sides of rice, carrots, and potatoes. After cooking for three hours even the cheapest cut of beef is tender as fillet mignon.
