Today I found a slip of paper today where I'd written my resting heart rate a few months ago. At that point it was 64bmp. For curiousity's sake I took my pulse, currently it's 48bmp. That's not the lowest I've ever seen. When I was in high school I was down in the lower 40's, but I was in very good shape then.

I'm amazed by the change that probably occured due to two weeks of intense exercise.
