a fairly productive day
Today we got up early, had breakfast, then somewhat reluctantly ventured out into the cold. It was actually above freezing, but when the wind came up or the clouds moved in, it didn't feel like it. But we added some layers and went out to work in the garden.
Accomplished:
stray blackberry canes transplanted
both pea fences up (poles and netting)
earth in three beds turned and loosened
second half of the soil spread in the new bed
Not accomplished:
planting snow peas, bok choy, and radishes (it just got too cloudy and cold)
Non-garden things accomplished:
laundry done and put away
dishes done
food made for tomorrow

derien in bed for her early day tomorrow
I have a couple hours before bedtime, but no concentration. Tomorrow I plan to get up early and go into work. I've got some things I'd like to get out of the way and Sunday provides a relative level of peace and quiet.
