moving, moving, moving, keep that stuff a moving
Well, progress is being made in the move. Current milestones:
Significant stuff still left: reclining chair (will it fit?), armoire (ditto), two dressers sans drawers, bed, two computers, kitchen table and chairs, console stereo, tv, hanging cloths, dishes, food.
We will probably be moving the bed, dressers, and food related stuff tomorrow morning.
Yesterday I did a lot of moving after I got through with work. It's a pretty good sign when you can work at a physical job all night then run stuff up and down stairs for four hours. My legs, lungs and heart did a fine job. My back has about had enough of this whole procedure and is starting to complain fairly loudly.
derien says I'm getting too old for this. I don't recall moving ever being easy.
Oh, I haven't commented on the news lately have I? Well, US (ahem coalition) troops and Iraqi civilians are now reaping what our leaders have sown. The only good that could possibly come out of this is that find ourselves with different leaders sooner rather than later. This sucks, it will take an incredible amount of work to make it better, and the current leadership is incapable of taking even the first step because that would mean admitting that they made a mistake.
Oh, lets get away from that unhappy subject. Uma still looks good here. 8)
