eorFor the new years holiday today I spent a good amount of time finishing A Seal Called Andre. It had been on our shelves for years and I'd never got around to it before. It was an easy and fun read. Aside from a good human interest story, it had some real information about pinnipeds (sans-ears). I will probably gift it to a young reader. It has a good vocabular mixed with a straightforward style. If you want a quick, fun, somewhat informative read, seek it out.
