eorHey Shrub, you cut funding on the program that helps the former Soviet Union track and contain it's nuclear materials. While you've been busy telling us how you're making us secure and distracted invading other countries some people have decided to take advantage of the opportunity.
You could have funded programs to prevent this. You could have focused on real WMD instead of imaginary ones. You could have built a legacy based on making the world safe instead of your dream of a bushocracy for every country and two SUVs next to every shack.
While the bulk of the former Soviet nuclear arsenal is still up for grabs you're busy playing with yourself. The only thing dumber than that is the fact that the American people will probably re-elect you because you'll make them safer.
