I got up at the usual time, but instead of going to work as usual I had an appointment with the gastrologist. After the appointment I was forbidden from driving, operating machinery, or heavy lifting for the rest of the day. Oh, woe. Oh, woe. I weep. :)

derien drove me home. We had a big late breakfast. Then we snuggled up in bed and read our books. With hot chocolate for me and a nice hot bath for her, life doesn't get much better.
