A collection of leftovers, biology experiments, and dairy products:

The people at work make fun of my redneck tupperware. It's not that we have 25 containers of butter, just 25 butter containers. You can work up an appetite just looking for what you want.
This is the window I look out of when sitting at my desk. It's a rather grey day and the leaves haven't come our on the trees yet, but it's not always bleak, in fact during summer or snowstorms it can be quite pretty.

In the foreground you can just see the top of my chainmaille ring containers.
If you asked my favorite book, I'd have a tough time. But asking me to take a picture of just one I had made it much easier, because then it's not just the writing but the physical book.
I remember the day I bought this book. I was with butonquail, we were young and in love and spending a very magical week together. I remember seeing this very particular book in the discount bin right there at in front of the cash registers at the mall bookstore. In the discount bin!

I've read this edition probably four times over the ensuing years. (I rarely reread anything) The cover is falling off. It has acquired enough dust that it's probably quire harmful for me to leaf through it. But I'll probably read it again. It not only holds the pleasant insanity that is Catch-22, but also the magic of that week and the insanity of passion.
