eorSo I wasn't ambitious enough today to experiment with the lentils that we bought this morning. I'm taking the easy way out and trying a new potato recipe which I made up out of thin air and a pork chop recipe from the web. The spices smelled good. derien will like it. She's so easygoing as far as eating. That makes experimenting with food much less of a relationship impacting activity.

Okay, so I'm not so out of shape as I could be. I danced until the last song then walked home. I may not be able to stand tomorrow, so what. I tend to find someone on the dance floor who looks like they are there to dance and try to keep up with them. The person I picked tonight was maybe 15 years my junior and really liked dancing. Excellent! It's good to have a challenge. Time to consume much fluids and go to sleep.
Oh, the chops came out quite good, but I should have done more bland spuds because they were both hot and spicy and some contrast would be better.
