derien and I have canceled our plans for a trip to Europe this fall. We'll be using the time to go to Florida to visit my sister instead. The reason behind this change should be self-evident for anyone who has been reading my journal lately.

This is fiction. The city it takes place in ceased to exist over a decade ago, if it ever existed at all. The characters are even more sketchy. Credit for any bits that aren't entirely cruddy belong to The Replacements and Hornitos.
