reading (The Well of Lost Plots)

I finished "The Well of Lost Plots" in a marathon reading session last night. This Thursday Next novel starts out with a slower pace than the previous two. This slow portion is well done and appropriately paced, it doesn't feel too slow, it just feels like a bit of a vacation. The second half of the book picks up and barrels along at the pace of your usual Next novel. There were parts of this book I found just perfect with their literary in jokes and satire.
