reading (Nation)

I finished Terry Pratchett's "Nation" yesterday about noon. Yes, it went pretty quickly. There were a fair number of laugh out loud lines in this book. I like Pratchett's humor. I felt at many points the plot was stretched pretty thin over the Messages. You could hear the capital M. Pratchett writes about strong, intelligent, resourceful kids. I think sometimes he forgets he's writing for strong, intelligent, resourceful kids. That said, it's a fun book. It will never be my favorite Pratchett, but not a bad time.
