reading (Asimov's March)
Jan. 29th, 2012 10:03 pmI finished the March edition of Asimov's on Tuesday I think it was. There was a good selection this month. I think my favorite is "The Way of the Needle" by Derek Kunsken. I really liked how alien the aliens are and how very human the story is. I liked the double resolution of Benjamin Crowell's "The Pass". Among the shorts, I enjoyed James Van Pelt's "Mrs. Hatcher's Evaluation" and Leah Cypess' "Nanny's Day". Joel Richard's "Patagonia" felt a bit too easy on the main character, he took on a Gary Stu tint as a result.
