John McCain said Congress is "spending money like a drunken sailor." On behalf of all the drunks of this fine country, I hereby request an apology from Mr. McCain. It is inappropriate to compare our fine sometimes slightly wobbly member group, the sailors, to an organization such as the US Congress. We will not have our thoroughly inebriated brethren compared to such a fighting, bickering, womanizing, illogical crowd who are ruled only by their own desires. In lieu of an apology, we will be mollified if McCain would simply buy the next round as long as it doesn't go on the Federal tab.
