things that are less than fun

1.  Having your foot swell up and become immobile 3 weeks after finishing off antibiotics for same symptoms.
2.  Having a large gauge needle stuck into an inflamed joint to extract fluid for testing (let me move it around a bit to get it in the right place)
3.  The next day having a needle stuck into each of two inflamed joints to insert cortizone into the joints.  I bet it didn't hurt as bad as kidney stones, but it hurt a lot!

So no, no exercise this week, not a bit.  Maybe on Monday if I'm luck!
