Finally back to rehab and exercise.  Still hurting a bit in the feet and I didn't overdo it and end up getting set back.

1/8/19  Rehab:
  Warm up: .25 mile walking
  Stationary Cycle:  15 min, level 3 (with some 4), 75rpms, 6.1mets (lets call it .75mi walking equivalent)
  Arm marchine: 15min, level high enough to get me yelled at for excessive heart rate, probably 6.5mets (lets call it .74mi walking equivalent)

Today, eor travelled 1.5 miles on the journey from Bag End to Rivendell.

A total of 4.73 miles along the way.
