weird

Today was notably a Monday.

The bed was very comfy and I didn't want to get up. Work was crazy with chaos and confusion. At break time it was raining. About halfway through the day I realized I was smiling and had a bounce in my step. When I walked out into the parking lot the right rear tire was flat as the proverbial flounder. I deduced this was due to the screw between two of the treads. I spent ten minutes airing the tire back up so I could drive the half mile to the tire place and spent another half hour in the waiting room while it was plugged. Walking out I still had a bit of a spring in my step and sang through the ride home.

A lot of the time my brain chemistry isn't exactly fun. For the last month and a half I've been doing my best to ignore a low level depression that persisted despite all kinds of good things going on in my life. Today, I can walk through a rain of shit and dance through it like Gene Kelly. Most of the time I don't like my unreasoning brain chemistry, but I like this form of unreasoning.

Please last, thank you very muchly.
