Well, sometimes bread and water isn't so bad after all. I just finished making a batch of naan. It came out pretty well. I think it almost qualifies for "fluffy and light". I waited just long enough to not burn my hands and had the first piece, yummmmm.

Next time I think I'll start adding the interesting things like garlic to it. I seem to be able to successfully repeat the bread, which I've never been able to do with any bread in my life. Maybe it's because now that I'm old and washed up I'm actually willing to wait for it to rise.

Who needs life when you've got an honest curry habit?

Okay, so another piece of nice soft fresh scrumptious naan has fallen victum to my gluttony. This one was used for a dipping bread. If you have to ask what I was dipping it in, you really haven't been paying attention. Um, there is still a little bit left in the bottom of the bowl.... Oops, the third piece is gone. That's a damn fine chunk of carbos though.

Don't mind me I'm just going to sit here and go, "ummm, bread" like Homer Simpson.
