2/4/19 Rehab (strange day at rehab because I had my 'after' test):
Extended warm up: .35 mile walking
Stationary Cycle: 15 min, level 4, 72rpms, 6.4mets (lets call it .75mi walking equivalent)
Sit/stand 30 seconds, Bicep curls 30 seconds, walking 6min .37 mi no incline
Since starting rehab on 12/11/18 I improved 30-40% in all their test measurements. The mets I do in my exercises have improved as well (4.0 on the 3rd session to around 6.4 now). I didn't reach the 7.0 that I was shooting for, but I might get there eventually.
Today, eor travelled 1.47 miles on the journey from Bag End to Rivendell.
