the apartment smells good

Today I went on a cooking bender. The plan was to pre-make a bunch of dishes for lunches and perhaps dinners this week.

So far I've made apple crisp, fluffy sauce to go on it, apple sauce, and potatoes with red chilis. I also prepped the spuds for scalloped potatoes, which have found there way to the oven now that derien has finished them off with the white sauce. I've also done the initial dicing and spicing for a carrot dish (sauted carrots with garlic, radish, and parsnip) and a scallop scampi.
