eorToday I went on a cooking bender. The plan was to pre-make a bunch of dishes for lunches and perhaps dinners this week.
So far I've made apple crisp, fluffy sauce to go on it, apple sauce, and potatoes with red chilis. I also prepped the spuds for scalloped potatoes, which have found there way to the oven now that![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
derien has finished them off with the white sauce. I've also done the initial dicing and spicing for a carrot dish (sauted carrots with garlic, radish, and parsnip) and a scallop scampi.
